Along with his brother, Ted Ackerley, CALIFORNIA-LOS ANGELES 1992, Significant Sig Chris Ackerley, ARIZONA 1991, co-founded Seattle’s Ackerley Partners, a private investment holding company where he serves as its managing director. In Seattle, he helped lead the effort to bring an NHL franchise to the city and is now an owner of the Seattle Kraken. Previously, Ackerley was president of the media and entertainment company Ackerley Group and lead its merger with Clear Channel. Ackerley serves as vice president of the Ackerley Foundation and was named one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s most influential “40 Under 40” business leaders
