Order of Constantine Sig Dan Shaver, TEXAS TECH 1993, has served as the CEO and president of Affinity Consultants in Carlsbad, California, since 1997. With Affinity, Dan leads a team that provides licensing and marketing solutions for North America’s leading fraternities, sororities, honorary societies and affinity-rich organizations. Within Sigma Chi, he has chaired the Horizons Huntsman Leadership Summit Operating Board and served as a volunteer committee member. He also has served as chairman of the Philanthropy Committee for the Fraternity. Dan helped establish the Cal. State-San Marcos undergraduate chapter in 2015, and worked with the San Diego State undergraduate chapter to reactivate the group in 2020. In 2008, he received the Fraternity’s Mark V. Anderson Character-in-Action™ Leadership Award. He was inducted to the Order of Constantine in 2016.
